What to Expect from the Launch

The competition will run in three stages over five weeks, offering bite-sized, engaging games to encourage climate knowledge acquisition. Your students will progress through:

• Stage 1 – Qualifying Stage (see Stage 1 Rules): 
  • 60 games, each lasting 2-3 minutes from November 4th to 24th.
  • Complete 80% of the games to qualify for Stage 1. 
  • Complete 100% of the games to get the Stage 1 certificate. 
• Stage 2 – Knockout Stage:
  • 15 single-attempt games from November 27th to December 3rd.
  • Scores are calculated based on accuracy and time spent. 
  • Compete for the top 40 on the global leaderboard to enter Stage 3. 
• Stage 3 – Live Finale:
  • Exciting live elimination rounds on December 7th.
  • Top 10 participants are invited to participate in the Grand Finale of the competition series in Q4, 2025.

Student Registration Flow

Registration is Available from Nov. 4th to 24th! 

Help your students register for the competition by following the steps below: 

STEP 1

Guide your students to sign up here as a LEARNER. 

STEP 2

Students will complete an email verification process to create their account. We recommend students to use an alias to protect their privacy. 

STEP 3

Once logged in, students will see the screen below prior to 1:00 P.M. UTC on Nov. 4th. Please encourage them to play the demo game to get familiar with different game types.

STEP 4

At 1:00 P.M. UTC on Nov. 4th, the competition banner below will appear in the place of the demo competition. Students will need their school voucher code to access the competition. 

STEP 5

Please encourage students to complete 80% of the games to qualify for Stage 2 (starting Nov. 27th) and 100% of the games to get their Stage 1 certificate.
